🌞 Mornings filled with laughter are the absolute best.

Today reminded me how much joy my girls bring to even the simplest moments. First, I accidentally startled one of them in the bathroom (her face was priceless 😂). And then later, the other woke up and, in the sweetest little voice, announced she had peed the bed. No shame, no blame—just a moment of honesty and innocence that melted my heart.

These little moments remind me: laughter is what sets the tone for the whole day. And when we hold space for our kids without judgment, we get to model compassion, humor, and love right back. 💜

What does following your intuition look like?

Sometimes it’s as simple as listening when a little idea, spark, or excitement floats in. The nudge arrives, and then we get to choose: will we follow it or let it pass?

For me, during my most recent Brewing Intuitive Alchemy session, I realized something I hadn’t thought about in a long time—I wanted to walk the dogs more. That was the nudge.

I said yes. And today, I’m so glad I did. I’m outside, soaking up a crisp and colorful fall day, feeling both gratitude and joy just for following that simple, intuitive pull.

✨ Monday Reminder ✨

Have you ever felt an intuitive nudge, but fear held you back and you instantly regretted it?

That was me in high school, frozen in depression and self-doubt. My freshman year of college, I thought more sunshine was the answer, so I moved to Arizona. But after one semester, I realized I wasn’t missing the sun. I was numbing. I was living by everyone else’s expectations instead of trusting myself.

That fear became my turning point. I chose to listen to my intuition, even when it felt too big or impossible. That choice is what I now, 14 years later, hold space for at Awaken Innate Healing.

Here, fear transforms into trust. Women walk in carrying stress, pain, or confusion, and leave lighter, clearer, and more confident, aligned with their highest self.

💫 Tip for the week: When fear shows up, I ask myself: “Is this for my highest good?” If it doesn’t feel like a clear yes, I release it.

Our August Gathering was filled with sacred connection, deep reflection, and powerful transformation.
