About the event
Go on a journey of the senses and join us for this nourishing and healing FREE class. This 75-minute practice will infuse the magic of sound healing with a bit of gentle, mindful movement and restful, restorative yoga postures. Blankets, bolsters, and blocks to be provided to enhance and support your journey. Please bring your own mat and water. We will be laying on the ground for sound healing and recommend bring anything that will help you feel comfortable. Often a pillow, blank and eye pillow make for a lovely experience.
This free session is happening at the northbrook public library on the first floor in Pollak Room A. When you walk in the building turn to the left and it is straightahead.
