In this class we will explore the mind, body and spirit connection and how important it is to have all three balanced to live a health and happy life. You will learn innate healing techniques that you will be able to implement right away for you and your family. We will explore the mind-body connection and how emotions and cellular memory has affect on our everyday lives. Also you will learn to connect to your spirits guides and your higher self so that you can do your souls work. Get grounded and back in your body before the holidays.
