First Full Moon of the Year!

Happy First Full Moon of the new decade! This is a known as a wolf moon and it’s the sign cancer. Since cancer is a water sign, it is linked to emotions. I found today and this whole week to be extremely exciting!  Recently, I was asked to join the board of directors of the Bio-Touch Foundation and the new classes being offered for 2020 so it’s easy to see why it has been so exciting! 

I feel it is time to release the old, limiting beliefs and stop questioning if we are good enough. Instead, place one foot in front of the other and move forward. Even if it's just baby steps.
